5 Healthy Eating Tips.

1. Be calm when you eat-and that means no TV, no distraction.

2. Listen to a relaxing music and light a candle if possible. This will improve your digestion and which in turn help you lose weight

3. Chew your food properly. if you just gulp down the food you will also take in air along with the food and as a result you will feel bloated.

4. Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables every day. Avoid deep frying foods as it completely soaks the food in oil, which could double its calories

5. Before you start eating do a hunger test, to see how hungry you are? towards the end of each meal check again if you still feel hungry, because if you eat more then required by the body it will all be stored in the body as fat.

I always wanted to have a clear healthy looking skin.I tried many creams to get rid of dry skin patches and pores but it was all big waste of time. Here is a simple tip given by my friend which keeps your skin looking healthy. All you need is loofah or soft brush to clean your skin. Gently clean the surface using loofah in circular motion. This is highly effective technique for stimulating the explusion of waste products from your body. The brushing also gets rid of dead skin and improves circulation.I have seen real difference in the texture of my skin ever since i started cleaning my skin with loofah.

So I started to learn more about chocolates, I came to know that chocolates also contained large amounts of a special type of antioxidants called flavonoids. The presence of flavonoids helps in neutralizing the harmful effects of free radicals. Free radicals make our body age faster. Thus chocolates which have more percentage of cocoa should be eaten to keep us looking young.
