Simple Way To Prevent Infection

A very simple way to prevent infection is to wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
It may sound ridiculously simple, but many bacteria and viral infections spread hand to hand,or hand to a surface where hand is touched .These infectious organisms accumulate under our nails and remain on the surface of the skin .So when you rub or touch your eyes ,nose and mouth, the infection spreads and you eventually fall sick.So wash your hands regularly with soap and stay healthy.

  • Breathe in steam
  • Stop smoking
  • Wash your hands in warm water

How to have healthy heart?

For a healthy heart eat at least a couple of meals of fish each week. The omega-3 fats in fatty fish such as salmon and tuna reduce blood pressure, triglycerides and fatty build-up in the arteries and the risk of irregular heart beat, clots and sudden death.
Omega-3 fatty acid makes blood platelet less sticky, helps protects the lining of arteries and thus reduces the risk of heart attack.
Omega-6 fatty acid also lowers the risk of heart disease. The good sources of omega-6 are vegetable oils such as safflower, soyabean, sunflower and corn oil.
