Chocolates to prevent ageing

I’m very fond of eating chocolates, but at the same time I fear about putting on extra weight as chocolates are rich in sugar. So I started to learn more about chocolates, I came to know that chocolates also contained large amounts of a special type of antioxidants called flavonoids. The presence of flavonoids helps in neutralizing the harmful effects of free radicals. Free radicals make our body age faster. Thus chocolates which have more percentage of cocoa should be eaten to keep us looking young.
