Are you eating fruits and vegetables?
It is always a good idea to eat different variety of fruits and vegetables. If you stick to one particular vegetable or fruit you may not get all the essential nutrients from it. The key to good health is variety .So try to eat fruits and vegetables of different colours. Red colour foods like tomatoes, chillies and strawberries are good source of antioxidants, which help to get rid of free radicals in heart and keeps your heart healthy .
On the other hand green leafy vegetables and fruits are rich in iron and calcium, therefore it is good to include spinach, kiwi fruit and broccoli in your diet.
